Pumpkin Pie Squares

Pumpkin Pie Squares

1 c. flour

½ c. quick oats

½ c. brown sugar

½ stick butter

Combine at low speed until crumbly. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350˚.

2 c. pumpkin

1 large can evaporated milk

3 eggs

¾ c. sugar

½ tsp. ginger

¼ tsp. cloves

½ tsp. salt

1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix these ingredients and pour over crust.

½ c. chopped pecans

½ c. brown sugar

2 Tbsp. butter

Mix together these ingredients and sprinkle on filling. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350˚. Cut into squares and serve with whipped cream.
