• On 4-23-21 at 7:44 P.M., Medics responded to a person with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Patient was dead on arrival.

• On 4-24-21 at 2:56 P.M., Medics responded to the report of high blood pressure. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 4-24-21 at 8:09 P.M., Medics responded to the report of chest pain. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 4-24-21 at 11:17 P.M., Medics responded to the report of alcohol withdrawals. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• 4-25-21 a 12:22 A.M., Medics responded to the report of profuse sweating. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 4-26-21 at 4:51 A.M., Medics responded to the report of a person that is not breathing and cold to the touch. Patient was dead on arrival.

• On 4-28-21 at 2:08 A.M., Medics responded to the report of a person that is having a behavioral health episode. Patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 4-28-21 at 7:05 A.M., Medics responded to the report of a person that is not breathing. Patient assessed and transported to the hospital, Expired in ER.
