“Bethel Police Department wishes to express our condolences to Chong’s family and friends. We also encourage anyone with information regarding this event to contact the Alaska State Troopers or Bethel Police Department,” said Bethel Chief of Police Larry Elarton. “Any and all information is important so if in doubt, call.”
