4th Annual Sudan Gala a success!

 


Your generosity raised over $20,000 for Dr. Jill Seaman’s medical project in South Sudan! Half of that brings an eye surgeon and hid team to Old Fangak to restore sight to 200 people! The other half brings in essential medicines and supplies for 4 to 6 weeks of care. Your dollars are used to meet the greatest need; you keep hope alive for a people who have so little; you make a difference in their lives and in this world! Saturday Market Craft sale on September 10th - proceeds support the Sudan Medical Relief project in Old Fangak. Shop early for the holidays and upcoming occasions; find unique items not otherwise available in Bethel.

Plant and garage sale, date and place to be announced soon - (tentative date is 9/17). Meanwhile, scour your ‘stuff’ for the sale! Plan to bring a table, sell your goods and give the proceeds to Dr. Jill’s project. Watch for further details.

Donations for Dr. Seaman’s project can be made on the websites of crosscurrentsinstitute.org and sudanmedicalrelief.org. Checks made out to CCII with SMR designated on the lower line can be sent to 7122 Hardin-Wapak Road, Sidney, OH 45365. Also consider setting up a monthly ‘bill pay’ through your online bank; keep the funds flowing throughout the year!
